We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, We will provide you with a return address once your return request is approved.
The customer must ship the item back and provide a valid tracking number (including return shipping receipt or label). Providing photos of the returned package is highly recommended.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in the original condition, we will process your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
You have two options if you’d like to exchange an item:
Faster option – Place a new order for the item you want, and return the original item. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund.
Standard option – Return the original item first. After we receive and confirm it is in the required condition, we will ship the replacement item to you.
If the exchange is due to our responsibility (e.g. damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost and send the replacement at no extra charge.
If the exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g. wrong size or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
